New projects, new people: we have reasons to celebrate
The year's second half has begun, and we at innos are proud to have already reached important milestones. Many projects are continuing, and new ones are coming along – logically, our team is growing, and we are now even better positioned.
The year 2024 has undoubtedly been a success for innos so far! This perspective makes my heart beat faster, and I can also feel the enormous commitment and harmony in the team. Every innosian makes an enormously significant contribution, whether through innovative ideas, dedicated work, or their infectious positivity. Enthusiasm is the beginning of everything. I was excited to see most innosians together for our after-work event in our Berlin office to celebrate successes. The office was full of life.
The whole day had its unique charm. For this evening, our standing table in the reception area had to make way for the table tennis table - an idea many can imagine as a permanent solution. The first sharply cut balls flew across the table in less than five minutes. Whether one-on-one or in a round-robin, every shot required hand-eye coordination and balanced teamwork. Their faces alternated between intense concentration and pure, honest joy. Pizza provided refreshments in between, and the innos "enthusiasm playlist" played in the background. Sometimes, the little things can give us hours of amusement.
These team evenings are not just about fun and games, they're also a crucial stress-reliever for our hardworking team. They're a way for us to unwind, bond, and recharge our batteries. But most importantly, they're a well-deserved thank you to the entire team. We understand that our success is a result of everyone's hard work and the infectious enthusiasm of every single innosian. As the year races ahead, we can all look forward to the next innos Days, which are just around the corner.
I'm already counting down the days to our next team gathering in Göttingen in September. It's a wonderful opportunity for us to spend several days together, exchange ideas, and hopefully bask in the late summer weather. I can't wait to see everyone there!
