innos Days 2025: Two days of inspiration, innovation, and genuine team spirit
Göttingen showed itself from its sunniest side when we gathered for innos Days 2025 on July 1 and 2. Our biannual innos days bring all innosians from all over Germany together in one place. Two days full of energy, exchange, and enthusiasm for what unites us as the innos team: the courage to pursue ideas, the desire for new things, and the determination to shape the future together.
Tag 1: Ready for Take-Off
We started with a look at our joint development: “innos Stats & Facts,” which show how much we have achieved as a team in recent months. Then it was time to get creative: Three teams competed in the Moonshot Workshop to develop bold ideas for the future of innos. No guidelines, no limits on thinking – but with structure, a variety of methods, and lots of imagination. The innovation game invited us to take on completely new perspectives: What would Pippi Longstocking do? What would an idea look like if you stood on your head? The results: inspiring, sometimes radical, and full of innos potential.
The day ended in the garden of our Göttingen location: a summer party at 34 degrees Celsius, with good food, cool drinks, popsicles – and karaoke. “Rocket Man” summed up the day perfectly and kicked off an evening that ended with laughter, music, and genuine togetherness.
Day 2: Sharing knowledge, demonstrating attitude, thinking about the future
The second day was all about knowledge exchange. In short, concise mini-pitches, the innosians presented their projects and causes close to their hearts. Whether processes, new tools, or team culture—the range was wide and the enthusiasm palpable.
Afterwards, the focus shifted to strategy and the future: our AI task force conducted an interactive workshop in which we reflected together on how we can integrate AI tools into our everyday work in a meaningful, efficient, and responsible way. The discussion ranged from specific tools to the question: Where does artificial intelligence really help—and where are conscious human decisions needed?
Our conclusion: innos Days 2025 showed what makes us special: curiosity, trust, and the courage to take responsibility. It was not a classic offsite event, but a space for co-creation, exchange, and living corporate culture. Thank you to all innosians who filled these two days with so much energy, openness, and creativity. We look forward to everything that will come of it.
