Network management for the CFK-Valley Stade e. V.
Conception, development and establishment of a network in the target field of carbon fiber composite lightweight construction.
To build up and establish the CFK-Valley Stade e. V. network, innos took on the following tasks:
- Management of the office, ensuring operational readiness and accessibility, staffing of the office in Stade
- Sifting, evaluation, processing and forwarding of national and international technology and cooperation inquiries
- Financial planning, financial management and controlling
- Contractual and legal issues
- Member acquisition, administration, management
- Support and supervision of committee work and the implementation of working groups
- Initiation and coordination of overarching specialist events and, if necessary, involvement of politics
- Establishment of an internationally known event in the target field: CFK-Convention
The CFK-Valley Stade association has been able to recruit more than 100 regional, national and international partners for the network.
