Strategic and conceptual further development of the WFBB's transport, mobility and logistics cluster
Key topics such as the mobility revolution, digitalization, automation and sustainability form the basis for project initiation, event design and the strategic development of the cluster.
innos GmbH supports the cluster management in a total of four work packages. These include:
- the project management, as organizational and administrative bracket for a transparent project communication,
- strategic consulting and support, which aims to strengthen technology and knowledge transfer between the cluster and the partner world in Brandenburg,
- the communication and interaction, in the form of event planning and conception in five different innovation fields, as well as
- in project initiation, in which the results from events are taken up and followed up. Funding options are being examined in parallel with the project.
The starting point of the consulting and support service is the cluster's master plan as a framework for action for all cluster activities.
