Technology Management
The aim of the project is to develop and demonstrate pragmatic services and appropriate tools with high replication potential to support quality management (QM) for building energy efficiency in the design, construction, commissioning and operation phases as a means. It also aims to close the gap between predicted and actual energy performance in European buildings.
