RUBIN AgiTool – Innovative by tradition, leading as a group.
In the second funding round of the guideline "Regional Entrepreneurial Alliances for Innovations" of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research, innos supports a consortium on the way to a successful concept submission.
The aim of the RUBIN alliance "AgiTool – Agile value chain for smart, energy-efficient lightweight tools and modls" is the creation of new technologies and processes for new products and new forms of collaboration between companies and research institutions in the context of lightweight construction and Industry 4.0 concepts in tools and molds making. Two innovative approaches are combined: on the one hand, modern lightweight manufacturing techniques (additive manufacturing, multi-material solutions, functional integration) are being used in tool and mold making for the first time, and on the other hand, the technical realization of collaborative production networks takes place, which new business models will enable cooperation in the region.
The project is aimed at the funding guideline "Regional Entrepreneurial Alliances for Innovations published by the BMBF as part of the "Structural Change & Innovation" program family and offers solutions for future-oriented transformation processes. For example, RUBIN promotes:
- Research and development of one or both categories of industrial or experimental research as an innovation project in a clearly defined subject area,
- the strategic further development of the RUBIN concept,
- Feasibility studies for the sustainable implementation of the projects,
- Events and
- the implementation of a specially developed specialist concept.
innos supports the project in the entire range of offers, through long-term strategic planning, goal-oriented innovation and project management, technology consulting and communication.

- Development of Logo and Slogan
- Workshop preparation, implementation and follow-up
- Preparation, implementation and follow-up of a weekly jour fixe
- Creation of the RUBIN concept
- Preparation, creation of presentation documents for the project pitch
