Design and implementation of a holistic innovation management system
THIMM – THE HIGHPACK GROUP is a family-owned company with a history of more than 65 years and more than 3,000 employees. THIMM is a leading solution provider for packaging and distribution of goods at 19 locations worldwide.
Together with THIMM, a holistic innovation management system adapted to their specific needs was developed and implemented. Based on a screening and design phase, innovation goals were derived within the framework of the strategy, an innovation organization was developed in the context of the overall structure, a lean innovation process was developed that integrates all existing activities and creates additional added value, and the foundation was laid for an innovation culture. The innovation management system is currently in the holistic rollout phase, which we are actively supporting.
