As versatile as a swiss army knife - Happy Anniversary, Oliver Bub!

With allies at your side, you can change the world. Today I dedicate this article to Oliver Bub, who is celebrating his 20th anniversary with the company - congratulations!

Spending such a long time in a company to reach this milestone is far less common nowadays. On April 15, 2004, when Oliver started in Göttingen, innos did not yet exist in this form, and I only joined years later. In the almost ten years I have been working with Oliver Bub, I have come to know a very versatile and reliable partner with multifunctional talents. He finds the right tool for every situation, hence his nickname: the Swiss army knife.

Oliver's wealth of experience, a treasure he willingly shares, has grown alongside the diverse projects he has meticulously planned and supported at innos. From Göttingen to Varrel, Lemgo to Berlin, Oliver has navigated the company's networks and operations with ease, showcasing his remarkable adaptability.

There is no realm of innos that Oliver has not touched over the years. From administration, finance, acquisition, and proposal preparation to strategy management and event moderation, he has left his mark. Even in graphic design, a field not typically associated with business graduates, Oliver has proven his versatility. His mantra, 'Try everything,' is a testament to his adventurous spirit and willingness to step outside his comfort zone.

I thoroughly appreciate his attitude, which is not the least because this go-getting attitude, paired with a slight tendency towards perfectionism, draws people in and encourages them to join in. As the saying goes, a horse only jumps as high as it should, whereas Olli jumps as high as he can. In Swedish chess at the innos summer festivals, he has already won a few victories with these extra centimeters. In a professional context, our Executive Expert stands out as a reliable colleague and partner on the Leadership Board, where he offers unmistakable added value when negotiating long-term corporate goals and maturing the innos strategy.

A lot has changed in recent years (including both of us), and I am convinced we will continue to drive developments forward together with innos.

I look forward to the next milestones in our collaboration - thank you Olli!
