Shaping the future together: Workshop on the development of the innos strategy
At the last innos Day in August, all innosians seized the opportunity to actively participate in shaping the future. With everyone's ideas, interests, opinions and strengths in focus, a committed group formed with the goal of focusing our activities more strongly on promising topics and focal points in our industries.
On October 11 and 12, 2023, selected innosians with cumulative knowledge and creative energy came together to jointly design the strategic direction of innos. This strategy team was deliberately composed of employees from different teams in order to make the best possible use of the collective knowledge and creative potential.
These two days were entirely dedicated to the motto "Pathfinder for Innovation" and offered rich content and stimulating discussions that inspired the participants and helped to reposition our business areas and industries in an ever-changing world.
During inspiring keynote speeches, we exchanged thoughts on analyzing the megatrends that are shaping our world. Topics such as climate change, societal change and technological breakthroughs were explored in depth, bringing challenges and opportunities into conversation in equal measure. These presentations encouraged participants to develop visionary thinking and look beyond the familiar for new business models.
Innovation ran through the entire workshop days as a central theme. Participants were encouraged to expand their thinking and develop creative solutions to the challenges of tomorrow.
At the end of these intensive days, we were not only able to develop visions for various development directions and fields for the future of innos, but also to define concrete steps for implementation. The results of this workshop will serve as a basis for future activities and strategies of innos GmbH. The innosians are ready to shape the future with fresh ideas, visions and innovations in order to consolidate their position as a companion for innovation.
The workshop was a complete success, thanks to the dedicated cooperation of all participants. This underlines once again that innos is on the right track to achieve its strategic goals and to put innovation and people at the center of our business strategy. We can look forward to seeing how these new approaches will shape the future for us and our customers.
