Innovative recruiting for future innos talents

At innos, we are constantly on the lookout for outstanding talents and experts to enrich our teams. We have launched an exciting pilot – a collaboration with HeyJobs, an innovative recruiting tool.

HeyJobs enables us to place targeted job advertisements and thus reach an even larger audience automated via various social media platforms. The use of an intelligent algorithm ensures that our ads reach the right people and thus attract the right candidates for our open positions.

What does that mean? Quite simply – an even simpler and faster application process for applicants and for our recruiting team! We understand that time is precious.
